Slave Bell over the Wall

The slave bell glows white in the afternoon sun.  The pattern of whites against the dark greens are intriguing.

From this angle the slave bell and the receptions area create a cadence of upright structures.  The repetition is relieved by the angular gables on the building in the background and the horizontal wall.  The firm lines are relieved by plants in the garden and the foliage in the trees.

You can also see the different designs on the gables in the background which were made at different times.
