Boulders Beach was a favourite place to enjoy the bay.  The sea is clear and cool.  There is some shelter from the South East wind that blows in the summer.  And the granite boulders are very beautiful.  For years it was a favourite go-to for a day on the beach.  Then the dress code went up when jackass penguins began nesting amongst the granite boulders.
